Clinically-Informed, Approachable Care
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I provide psychotherapy services to treat both mental health disorders and relationship issues, specializing in couples therapy. While attending to specific needs and honoring the unique experiences of each client, I operate form a trauma-informed and systemic framework. I have received professional training in Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
